Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using SkillMarket Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SkillMarket Hub is an online marketplace that allows clients to post freelance job listings and allows freelancers to browse and respond to those listings. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any agreement between a client and a freelancer.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Job Listings

• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the job listings they post, including title, description, required skills, pricing, and contact details.
• Job listings are subject to review and may be approved, rejected, or removed at our discretion, including for content that is misleading, unlawful, or violates these Terms.
• You may not post listings for illegal services, or content that is fraudulent, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available through paid subscription plans. Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment processor, and are subject to the plan pricing and features displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information about other users without consent.

7. Disputes Between Users

Any agreement, dispute, or disagreement regarding work, payment, or deliverables between a client and a freelancer is solely between those parties. We are not responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes, though we may take action against accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any job listing or freelancer will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillMarket Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
